Alissa Kloet has been designing home goods under the brand Keephouse since 2012. Her love of pattern led her to Sheridan College to study Textiles. Upon graduating she went on to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.

Alissa creates block and screen printed textiles. She is passionate about experimenting with natural dyes and flower pounding art, and happy to share her knowledge of all of these things in workshops in her home studio by the sea in Seaforth.

Alissa is also co-lead of this year’s Surfside Studio Tour, with an extensive background in supporting craftspeople.
