Haynes Kent has been making surfboards full-time for 8 years. He has lived and trained in Costa Rica and recently did a training stint in California under a very well-known brand, Chemistry Surfboards.

”I love shaping for people. The connection between surfer and shaper is very special. There is a lot of trust you have to build with surfers so they feel understood and taken care of. Going custom is a very exciting thing, and as a shaper, I get to help people of all skill levels, whether it's their first custom board or a seasoned vet dialling in their equipment. That "new board" feeling never gets old!”
