Krista Lowe and Alex Copp are a creatively dynamic couple who own and run Fog Bank Merch, formally know as Pink Grasshopper Studios.

“We are printmakers with a focus on screen-printing & embroidery. We design, embroider, & print for our in-house apparel brand by the name of Sea Grit, which focuses on themes of ruggedness and coastal living. In addition, we create a selection of paper goods via block printing, screen printing, and digital print.”

Krista designs and illustrates for many Nova Scotian businesses and organizations and finds great satisfaction in guiding a design from concept to finished product. Another aspect of her creativity is pouring her passion for nature & the macabre into Fog Banks Apparel line, Sea Grit.

Alex leads production at the printshop and he finds great satisfaction in perfecting the craft and always pushing the boundaries of what is possible on press. With his background in surfing, Alex brings tangible creative direction to the creation of the Sea Grit apparel line.

They will be offering a “build your own tee” option for $35 at their studio, where the visitor can choose their own garment and design!
